coming from a moody girl, i would tell you to shower her with attention. I guess sometimes we act like babies who need to grow up. but sometimes, its just that we have so many emotions that come and go as they please. Just know that you can't change a moody girl, she has to want to be changed. I went to the doctor, and she said that exercise should help me control my mood swings.
Other than that, don't ignore her, that will make her feel rejected. Sometimes it's nothing bothering her when her mood shifts, then u just hold her. but sometimes someone did something to start the changes. Just to ask what is wrong with her? Listen to her...comfort her.

But I would suggest that you try not to intentionally make a girl unhappy or emotional. If you do not care about her anymore than just leave her, don't make her miserable. That is immature on your part.
