Give them a trick question that they don't know, and then they'll realize how "smart" they've been acting.
Or, you can just ignore them, and let them figure it out for themselves.
Such people were usually bullied at school, and they use an act of being "smart" to conquer any insecurities they may have.
Humor is always a good way to over come arrogance.
