Man, it's really hard to un spice a dish.
The tricks to spicing are experience, and being a little conservative.
Spice lightly, mix or stir if necessary, and taste. Taste OK? Good .. leave
it alone. Does it need something else? OK, but add more spice carefully.
You can always add more spice, but once it's in there, you're pretty much
stuck with it, unless it's a liquid dish that you might be able to dilute.
