Only with the proper Encryption key, without that it's lost forever. Encryption uses a different algorithm every time, and only the key generated at the time of encryption can decrypt that file.
To decrypt a file, you typically need the correct decryption key or password that was used to encrypt it. Using appropriate software or tools (such as a file encryption program), you can select the encrypted file, enter the key or password, and initiate the decryption process. Once completed, the file will be restored to its original, unencrypted state. Always ensure you have proper authorization to decrypt any files.
To createa text file in Windows XP or any version of XP, open any word processor or text editor and create your file. Once you create your file, save it with the .TXT contention to save it as a text file.
