Brock's Pokemon are mostly rock/ground types. This makes them very vulnerable to quite a water, grass, and fighting type attacks.
If you chose Squirtle or Bulbasaur as your starter, make sure that they know a water or grass type move and just use that move to do a lot of damage to Brock's Pokemon.
However, if you chose Charmander as your starter, you'll have a bit of a tougher fight on your hands. What you want to do is go back to Viridian City. After you get there, take the west (left) exit and search in the grass there. You're looking for a Mankey. Catch it and train it until it learns Karate Chop, then you should be able to sweep through Brock's Pokemon.
Brock Gives it to ya when you defeat him :D Hope it helped. I Pwn Brock :D
Defeat Brock and then Roxanne and then roark it will easily level up your pokemon.......
You must defeat the Elite Four and go to Kanto, and walk to Pewter City.
Raise your charmander to lvl. 13 and it will learn metal claw. Use Metal Claw to defeat Brock since it is super-effective against rock-type Pokemon.
Brock uses rock Pokemon. The best choice would be to bring a water or fighting Pokemon to defeat him easily. A fighting Pokemon will be super-effective against all of his Pokemon. With a water Pokemon, Omastar and Kabutops may be a little trouble (both are part water).
get a water Pokemon level 10 or up because that's what level they learn a water type move that does damage or just get a sqirtle
defeat brock blaine misty ericka poison leader and all the other gym leaders
In Pokemon Red, Blue, and Yellow, Brock has two pokemon, a geodude and an onix.
