You mean when she's in the combine harvester?
just equip your strongest weapon, have plenty of max nanotech, best armor, etc befoe hand.
you can jump and avoid the combine attack and I think you can just run out of the way of the others, if you still can't beat her try upgrading your weapons and armor, remember that the mini game events on the junk planet have armor peices for prizes, there is also a tornament of these minigames on the same farm planet which also have armor parts as prizes, look for the teleporter near the landing pad.
