How do you beat the queen Metroid in Metroid other m?

He is a tough one. Once he breaks out of the container, you have to blast all of his phazon armor off (use super missiles or plasma beam). He will chase you around the room, so be careful not to get caught in a phazon pool. After you blast his armor off, he will go invisible. Now it's time to whip out the x-ray visor and track him. He will recharge in one of the three phazon pools in the room. So stand by one of the pools that you don't see him in, then watch the others. Once you see him, fire a super missle at him. If you hit him fast enough, he will switch to a different pool so you can hit him again. If you are too slow, he will gain his armor back and you will have to start over again. Keep in mind that some space pirate troopers (various types) will try to attack you while he is recharging. After you beat him, you will gain the phazon suit which allows you to travel in phazon pools without getting hurt.

The best solution if you're having trouble in normal gameplay (i.e. no sequence breaking) is to use wavebuster, which homes without a lock-on. The wavebust is in chozo ruins. Go through the wave beam door at the top of the room where you first got morph ball. The tunnel will lead to a tower. As you go up the tower shoot the cracked supports with missiles to lower the platforms. Wavebuster will be at the top. Note that wavebuster uses a lot of missiles.
