bring a couple revival seeds and 2 violent seeds (1 for u and ur partner) when you get there eat the seeds and use area wide attacks if you have them, if you dont have any then use your ranged attacks when they close in on you use your strongest move and shut off all of your partners move ecept for his/her strongest move. do this and you should win.

If you want to go into a dungeon being marill then you have to get to a certain point in the game where you can be any friend Pokemon or the hero or the partner as the leader in the dungeon. Pokemon Mystery Dungeon: Explorers of the Sky is the third game in the Mystery Dungeon: Explorers series.
