The best and easiest way to defeat the ice trainer in the Pokemon league is to capture Zapdos from the Pokemon plant (try to get a master ball). If u don't have a master ball than be sure 2 save the game before attempting 2 capture it. Raise ur Zapdos to about level 55-60 before trying 2 defeat the ice trainer at the Pokemon league.

∙ 12y agoits all depending on what starter Pokemon you had if you choose chimchar (like me) then it would be easy but choosing piplup would make it harder for yourself. I would say that you should go back to route 217 and battle some ice Pokemon and decide which moves that you have are best for defeating the gym leader.
