First, you must vacuum up their wind up keys. Once you get rid of one of the wind up keys, you will be able to stun and vacuum up that ghost. Just try to stay away from the other ghosts, because they will shoot you with their cork guns. I recommend getting the pink and green ghosts first, because the blue one is the one who gives you the pearls.
