First of all try using a little program called SmitFraudFix, it's likely that Green AV doesn't block it. Otherwise you can try pretty much any decent spyware remover, such as Spyware Doctor or Malwarebytes or SuperAntiSpyware.

Green AV is a misleading antivirus application. I really doubt that registration email and key will help you. You should remove this infections from your computer as soon as possible. Use MalwareBytes anti-malware, Spyware Doctor or SuperAntispyware
