I sent an E-Mail to support@microsoft.com including my telephone number. Within a day a representative from Microsoft called me, I put my computer in host mode and after about a half hour it was completely removed. I have no idea how it got on my computer but now I am extremely careful whenever I download anything because that is probably how it got onto my computer in the first place.

∙ 12y agoLike most programs you can go to "Start" then go to "Control Panel" then go to "Uninstall a program"... and go down to it and double click and the computer will guide you through the rest.
