Did you mean releasing the Pokemon?
- Go to "My Zone"
- Look under your Battle Team and click on the link called "View all my Pokemon/Set up Battle Team"
- In your PC box, search for the Pokemon you want to release, then click on "View Details" under their name.
- Scroll down on that mini window until you see "Release:"
- Click on the link that says "Release (your Pokemon)" then you'll have it gone forever and you can't have it back either.
