That sounds really annoying and pain, I can understand your situation as my laptop got this infection as well last night but now it has been gone by removing its malicious processes
first step, unhide the associated files in the folder then delete it manually, try to open every folder that you suspect infected with this virus then delete it manually. That's the only way, using all this anti-virus still no use, try it............
The system shuts down since there is an error occoured in the system recovery. This may be caused due to changes brought about manually or a passible virus. logicwonder
Run an anti-virus software on full scan, when it finishes delete the infected file, or do it manually, which I don't reccomend.

Try completely removing MS word and reinstall it.
You can only do the deleted manually if you know the exact name of the virus . You know the virus has not morphed. You also know the exact entries in the registry you need to delete. (if you delete the wrong ones your system would shut down.
NO! You should manually delete the root file or use an antivirus to detect, clean and/or delete spyware from your PC. The operating system itself will not delete spyware, therefore you should download an antivirus such as avast! or delete the source/root of the virus.
Download anit-virus software and run a whole computer scan and this will find the virus for you and get rid of it.
You could use Norton anti-virus and scan your computer and delete the files, or if you know the files then just delete it. You can also use windows defender. Just deleting a file containing a virus is often insufficient, as many viruses infiltrate the registry and other configurations in Windows. In the worst case, you may need to reformat the hard drive and reinstall Windows. Use a professional, modern anti-virus tools - most of them can handle most viruses.
