(1). First, log in to your account.(2). Then select the server where your character is (the one you want to have deleted).(3). When the character selection screen comes up, click on the character ONCE! (4). To your right is a board with 3 or 4 options, including " Make a Character ". and more. (5). Find the one that says "Delete a Character", and click on it so it will ask you for your birth date. (6). Enter it correctly, and your character will be successfully deleted.
