There are many news blogs, including those by CNN, Topix, and The Guardian.
It means who authored the website, e.g. CNN; AMC; Amazon; Ancestry. A blog would be the blog writer. New agencies often show a single author.

A viewer can contact CNN with their opinion through their website. There is a feedback link which allows a viewer to enter their details and provide comments. There is the option to confirm whether the comment being made is positive or negative, and also whether the comment refers to the anchor or the subject of the show.

I am not sure what you mean. If you have a news tip, CNN's website has a place on it called "iReport," which allows viewers to submit news stories that may be posted to the site. But in general, CNN and most other stations do not encourage viewers to send unsolicited tapes. Some network talent shows might ask for your DVD, and you should follow the instructions for how to submit your tape to those programs. But if you just sent a DVD to CNN, it is doubtful they would pay attention to it. CNN does have a number of ways to contact the station, so perhaps you can get in touch and discuss your DVD. I enclose a link to their contact page.

check if it has a bibliography or list of sources, if it is a well know or used website (CNN, Fox News, etc), and make sure it is not a blog!!!
