Log in. Click "Settings". Then there should be several tabs ("Profile", "Design", "Services", "Widgets", "Disable Account"). Click 'Disable Account', and there should be a button that says "Yes, Disable my Account". Click the button. I think that's about as close as you can get to deleting your Formspring.
~If you still don't feel safe with just disabling it, you can change all of your private information to a bunch of "mumbo jumbo" (i guess you could say) and unfollow everyone + unfollow all of your followers, making your profile blank, with no information and nothing for anyone to find
