To do this first you click on the drive that you wish to remove the logical component, then right click on it. There should be a logical drive message 'delete logical drive'. BE WARNED, IN DOING SO YOU WILL LOOSE ALL DATA SO HAVE A BACKUP BEFORE YOU DO ANYTHING TO THE HDD!!! In other words, you will be formatting the HDD which you can't if it is THE master HDD running your computer. You can only do this on anothr computer with your HDD of the first computer. There is no other way you can go about it, from experience. PS: You won't gain anymore space from removing the partition. Partitioning allows you to manipulate in a way that you are acquiring more HDDs within the HDD. (ie when you have three partitions on the one drive, and you go into my computer, it will show you have three HDD when in fact you only have one, nothing more really), just an illussion...
