Simply,go onto your profile on twitter (if you don't have an account,sign upon twitter.com).
On your profile,hover over your tweets and on every right side corner of your tweets you will see delete or a star.If you click on the delete button,it will delete the tweet you have chosen.If you click on the star,that means you have favourited on of your own tweets.

No. The only way to not see their tweets on your home page is to unfollow them.

Well, you cannot delete a contribution 'point' from your bio page, but you can contact a supervisor to delete a message, question, etc. But you may not erase an answer for a question, because that's known as 'blanking' which is against WikiAnswers Rules.
