If you go to the discussion page - there should be a delete button by each post.
Hey I'm a christian on facebook, and just leave a message on the discussion page if you are too. ALSO: If you have problems with this, put a message on discussion page, don't just delete this, because you have no right to delete other peoples property for no reason
You can delete info posted on a Discussion page by clicking the Discuss link on the left and modifying the text. You can also delete your own messages. For help deleting information, please send a message via the Contact Us form (provided as a Related Link below).
Yes, please do so through their message board or the discussion page for the question.
Simply go to the discussion page concerned, locate your entry and hit the delete button. Remember, though - the activity stays in your contributions list - even if you do delete a discussion, answer or edit.
Don't bother answering now, I can't delete the question but realised I had it a long time ago then forgot about this question.
That is done by sending a message to the person and/or posting on the question's discussion page. Placing it on the answer itself is not recommended.
Well, you cannot delete a contribution 'point' from your bio page, but you can contact a supervisor to delete a message, question, etc. But you may not erase an answer for a question, because that's known as 'blanking' which is against WikiAnswers Rules.
Yes, you may use a question's Discussion page to comment othe question's answer.
A good place to thank folks is right on their personal message boards. You could even click on the Discussion Page tab of the question you asked and post a message of thanks there, too. The history/discussion page is a good place to see all who have contributed. If you click their usernames, you will find links to their message boards.
Try using the discussion page connected with the question. Click "Discuss Question" in the left toolbox. On that page, ask the contributors what is unclear and if they can explain it in more detail. You might also try posting a message on the message board of user(s) who posted the answer.
Use the discussion area. Post your question - then click the answer button. Leave the answer area blank - but click the Discussion tab, and provide any information you want to add. That way, when someone comes across your question they will see a message 'Note: There are comments associated with this question. See the discussion page to add to the conversation.'
If the question is already answered, click the blue button that says "Discuss Question" underneath the answer to get to the question's discussion page. If the question is not yet answered, click the green button that says "discuss" underneath it to get to the discussion page. You can also click "Discuss" on the blue bar to the left of the question as well.
