How do you delete a program which is corrupted from your computer and won't let you delete it?

What do mean by saying "delete"?
Do you want to just delete the program or uninstall it?
For the safety and cleaness of your computer, you are recommended to uninstall the program first, then delete it.
For uninstalling programs:
Start>Control Panel>Add or remove programs
Then a list of programs installed on your computer will be displayed, select one and click uninstall.
But some times some programs just don't allow us to uninstall them. Then you might need a third-party program to do this job. That's called uninstall manager.
