Open Windows Media Player with Zen V Plus connected, click on Sync at top (I have Windows Media Player 11), on left side double click My Zen, click on Playlists. If you add your songs/audiobooks by creating a playlist and then synch the playlist, you should be able to right-click the Playlist and choose Delete. Make sure you choose Delete the playlist and it's contents - then click OK. If you do not add items by creating Playlists, you will have to explore everything under My Zen and delete each item referencing the song/audiobook you want to remove. Hope this helps, rv
