step 1:plug in your ipod and click on iTunes
step 2:click on your ipod icon down the left hand side of the screen
step 3:once you have clicked on this selected photos from the options at the top of this.
step four: click on the sync box this should then not have a tick in it and will be grey.
step5: click on file at the top of the screen and re sync your ipod
YOUR PHOTS SHOULD THEN BE DELETED
Its simple (kind of). You click on your photo app, then you click on the photo you want to delete. At the bottom right corner of your Iphone screen there is a trash can, you click on that. If you click on it it will either say "Delete Photo" or "Cancel" you may choose. If you would like to delete all of your pictures, at the bottom left of your camera roll screen there is a rectangular figure with an arrow popping out if it. If you click on that there will be a bar at the bottom of the screen at the farthest part of the screen (the bottom right) there is delete, that is how you delete them all.This is an Iphone 3, I don't know what type you have though.
You can do it locally using "FinderMobile" app, or you can do it from another computer via ftp client (in this case must have "vftpd" service on your iPhone). You can also use Terminal app to delete files and folders locally.
Open FinderMobile and:
1. go to /User/Media/DCIM and
- delete 100APPLE, 101APPLE... folders
2. go to /User/Media/PhotoData and
- delete 100APPLE, 101APPLE... folders
- delete Photos.sqlite and PhotosAux.sqlite
voila, no photos and videos anymore.
Photos that were downloaded as part of an album can only be deleted if the album is deleted. Photos imported through the Photos tab in iTunes cannot be deleted directly. Delete them in iTunes then re-sync.
Follow these instructions to delete a photo from your iPhone:

No the data won't delete from the iPhone unless you reset everything
One way to delete all of the photos you need to delete without going through all of your photos one by one is to " like " all of the photos you want to delete, then go to " photos I've liked " and delete them one by one from there. Not ideal I know but its as good as it gets. The normal way: You only can delete one at a time. Click on the picture you want to delete. On the bottom right hand side you will see three dots in a gray box. Click on the box with the dots. A new screen with photo options will appear. Click on delete to remove the photo from your collection.
if you go on your photos into the gallery were you can see them all, at the top right corner theres and arrow.press on that arrow and then pick out the photos you want to delete. the press the red delete boutton and there you have it. those photos you didnt want anymore are gone! hope i helped

Click on the Photo Album you want to delete. The Click "Edit Photos." There should be a series of tabs, and one of them should say delete. That is where you can delete all photos from the album. This deleted the album and all contents.
