The account belongs to Sony and it can only be closed not deleted. Name changes are not possible and that is what you seem to want to do or at least transfer the trophy information which always remains with the closed account. Passwords can be sent to your email account if you can provide a correct birthday and email address. Without that information you will need to contact customer support for help with the resetting of a password. Help is always available for individuals that have legitimate business using customer support for Sony contact them at 1-888-715-7669 between the hours of 8:00 am and midnight ET, M-F and 9 a.m.- 8 p.m. ET on Saturday and Sunday.
On any PS3 you can have a number of master accounts so you just really need to stop using it and if there is other problems like the other account being registered for video rental you must call customer support for help as only a single account can have rental access.
