Its really really easy. My friend gave me this cheat thing and i didnt feel right because i wanted to do it myself. All you have to do ids press X, Y, A, B, L, and R at the same time and a message will come up asking if you want to delete. Just say yes.

If you're on an emulator or flash cart, find a file named Mario Hoops.sav or something similar, and delete it.
