If you are using an old-fashioned fax machine, you delete an incoming fax by crumpling it up and throwing it in the waste paper basket. Some newer fax machines store incoming faxes in memory, so that you can choose to print them or not; there will be some sort of menu on the control panel of the fax machine that offers the option to delete a fax you received. With Internet fax services, you just delete the e-mail attachment containing an image of the fax, or use the online interface to delete the fax without even e-mailing it to you.
Remove the fax memory card then insert it to memory card reader into your computer.
Some fax machine have data log files. Faxes are saved in its archive memory, you can still print the fax in its sent log files.
Access the fax machine's memory function ! Each machine is different so you may need to consult the manual !
as long as it is still in memory (ie the machine has not been powered off) then there is usually the option to reprint a fax. State your model # and someone should be able to help find the instructions.

MEM.XMT on your fax machine typically indicates that the machine is in memory transmission mode. This means that the fax is being sent from the machine's memory rather than being scanned in real-time, often because the original document was too long or there was a temporary issue with the phone line. This feature allows for more reliable sending, especially if the connection is unstable. If you see this message, it usually means your fax is processing and will be sent shortly.
It depends on the model you have - refer to your user manual for specifics. The term you are looking for it "broadcast fax" - usually you would need to save those numbers to the fax machine's memory, then when sending a broadcast fax select the numbers (or list) you would want to send to.
Every fax machine will let you cancel the number and start over. Some will have a "backspace" button that will let you delete numbers that have been entered.
