Well, on each account you can make three fairies/sparrow men, and when you get a membership on that account, it gives the membership to all your fairies on that account. And so... um... let's say you only have one fairy with one membership on an account. Then you make a new pixie. If you have a membership on that account and make a new pixie on it, then the new pixie has a membership. Because it's on an account with a membership.P.S.
