AR cards are just pieces of card; they cannot have data written to them. 3DS cameras will only recognise their design.
You can't delete an AR test. Sometimes the school allows special education students to have their tests deleted. But often even the teacher can't delete the test.

go into the ar app then get your ar card out and follow the onscreen instructions. simples
Delete effects.... start all over again XD (just reset your game and start up without ar...)
If you did use an Action Replay, then I suggest removing the code. If you did use an AR and saved, then took it out and played with the game card alone, then that means that you cannot fix it and must delete the current file. I have a similar problem, so I traded all of my important Pokemon to my Platinum game and started over. However, if you didn't use an AR, then I don't know what to tell you.
Six: the "?" card, the Mario card, the Samus card, the Kirby card, the Pikmin card, and the Link card. Most of the AR Games only use the "?" card.
