a) I am supposing you are not the administrator of the Mac b) I do not believe you can delete iTunes from a Mac

To spoof the MAC address on a Mac use the ifconfig command in the Terminal.
The Mac already has it, it's called Terminal. Applications/ Utlities/ Terminal. And no you cannot install a Windows application into a Mac OS.
If you mean browsing history,download history,etc then you should do this on Windows: Press CTRL+Shift+Delete at the same time. I'm not sure about Mac.
If you mean on the internet, look at the top bar on the Mac while safari is open. Click 'history' and then go to the bottom of the list. Then click 'clear history'.
