In google chrome you can use 'Incognito mode' that will automatically delete your browsing history when you have finished. In other browsers, you can do this manually by telling the browser to delete history, cache, cookies and site plugin data. you delete it... By pressing Control and H at the same time and then pres clear history or on Internet Explorer you can go to Tools, then delete browsing history.
to delete you history you go to your tool bar and select "Delete browsing history" then you hit "Delete history" or "delete all"!!!
You can't hide or delete an item from your purchase history. This is one of the downsides to Amazon. You can however delete your browsing history by going to your browsing history and clicking the button on the left that says "delete all items". Hope this helps.
