1. go to "Start" menu on desktop/computer 2. go to "control panel" 3. in the drop down menu of control panel go to whatever your sandisk/mp3 name series is---(ie "sansa c240") 4. You should see two yellow folders: "Data" and "Media" 5. Double click the "Media" folder 6. Here you should see several folders and some of your music mp3 files---double click the "RECORD" folder 7. You should see two yellow folders again: "FM" and "VOICE" 8. Double-click the "VOICE" folder---this should bring you to all your voice recordings. 9. Delete the recordings you wish!!!! SOLVED!!!
