if you mean by changing the answer you put,
you can just click on the button where it say's "improve"
and you can either delete your answer or change it.

Anybody can edit most questions on WikiAnswers. Supervisors can delete questions, but we generally do not.
The simple answer is - you can't ! Your contributions are a permanent feature - available to be seen by anyone. Even if you were to delete every answer you've posted - it shows up on your contributions history.
You can't. You'd have to contact a senior supervisor and see if they're able to. However, inappropriate questions can be trashed by any regular supervisor.
