It is not necessary to design an 11 kv underground cable. There are several 11 kv underground cables already on the market. You can choose exactly which cable will fit best for your project and purchase it.
If you are referring to an 11-kV underground cable, these are normally armoured and, in the case of older cables, have a lead sheath to prevent moisture ingress into the cable. The lead sheath and metal armour are earthed to ensure that, in the event of mechanical damage to the cable, there is a low-resistance path back to the source to sufficient earth-fault current flows in order to operate the circuit's protective system. Overhead lines do not normally have a separate earth conductor.
It depends on the design of the transformer but 1 MVA is a common size for an 11 kV / 415 v three-phase transformer.

if we take 11kv /33kv yhe current produced will be less when compared to 230v/11kv.. the curent produced will be gerater than 1000amp or above so the winding of the transformers will damage because thier is no winding at present to with stand the huge amount of current by K.B.N.GANGADHAR sasi institute of technology and engineering
750MVA to 1000MVA for 33kV and 350MVA for 11kV
It is a cable that feeds.

Armoured cable is not rated for underground installations. You have to use a cable with a designation for direct burial or wet and damp locations.

600mm is the distance between two conductors in 11kv line
You don't need to. They've been around for decades and are probably as well-designed as they're ever going to be. Now, if you're asking 'What are the design features of an 11-kV OCB?' then that's another story...
Cable companies utilize satellite technology to initially get the signal, then it is distributed via underground or above ground cable.
Time Domain Reflectometers can be used to locate where an underground cable fault lies. Time Domain Reflectometry (See wikipedia) is a measurement technique to identify the location using reflected signals sent down the cable line.
It depends on the power rating of the circuit but a common size would be 95 sq. mm up to about twice that. 11 kV systems are usually 3-phase 3-wire. Underground cables use copper while overhead ones tend to use uninsulated aluminium or aluminium conductor steel reinforced (ACSR) cables.
one of the most important facts about underground cables is that repairs due to weather conditions such as hurracanes or tornadoes was not required since underground, this cable is protected against those dissasters.
