Thermostat stuck open or heater core clogged.
I had a similar problem in feb.2005 with my 1998 S-10 Blazer and it was due to the Dex-cool had turned to sludge , and that caused lots of problems.
The first thing to do is after the engine is warmed up, feel the heater hoses going into the heater . if they are hot then the problem is in the heater, probably just adjustment or fuse. If they are just warm to cool then the answer is in the engine, probably needs a thermostat.
answer can also be the temperature control switch in dasboard of car
I have a 1999 blazer. The heater core clogs up about once a year from the Dexcool. Try having it (heater core) flushed and use Prestone (Extended life) instead of Texaco.
2000 Nubira, same problem, no water flow from block to heater, core not blocked, runs fine????????????

I am having the same problem.. I have already had to replace the intake manifold gasket cause it was leaking, still no heat. We will be flushing out the heater core to see if that's the problem. I may have to replace the heater core, we will see.

The heater door control on a Blazer can be replaced by purchasing a new one. The heater vent will pop out with a little nudge from a flat tipped screw driver. Then insert the new heater vent door control.
when you put drive chevy blazer 2002 ls 4wd it turns off, what's the problem
Problem is that the heater core is the highest point in the cooling system. being a closed system any air that enters is trapped in the heater core. Result, no heat. Recommended repair is to back flush heater core, refill cooling system making sure all air is released from the heater core. Replacement of the radiator cap at the time of repair is recommended.
The heater core is inside the heater unit on the passenger side under the dashboard
