yes, it is time consuming but you can indeed . exercise and water is the best way, if you are thin you will have an easier time getting the THC metabolites to leave your fat cells, for a larger person the THC hides within the fat cells of the body, niacin is an old wives tale and may work for some, it flushes the body not the THC ,with large amounts of water niacin can help but is not a proven method, so in all reality it may not work for one person but may work for another.
