There is no way to get ThC out of your system in just one day. THC is fat soluble meaning it sticks to your fat cells. Normally, it takes 28 days to flush all THC from your body. If you are just an occasional smoker (once every two weeks or so) you can be clean in 2-3 weeks. Now if you asking this for a drug test there are way around that here are the top three and I'll let you do the research

Sorry, but it is not possible. To evade all potential drug tests, it will be necessary to wait as long as six months. THC remains detectable by one form of test to another for 24 hours to six months.
If you don't use cannabis, then it will not be detected.
