That depends on the specific make and model of phone you have. In general, the number will be automatically stored in your call history, but you may then be able to delete it from the call history stored on the phone. However, the phone company will still have a record of the call.
If it's stored in your phone - the network will handle the call automatically. If you need to dial the number manually - you need to dial 00233 (the country code for Ghana) - followed by the mobile number you need. Mobile numbers in Ghana begin with 20,23,24,26,27,28 or 54
