The carved ebony elephant statue is at the Kaya Forests. To dig it up, you will need a shovel. Get the blue lily from the Blue Nile Falls, take it to Nabooti and swap it for a turban. Wear the turban at Giza and the digger will give you a shovel.
You will also have to move the giant turtle. For this, you need a cactus fig (Opuntia fruit). There is one on the left side of the high trail at the Mountains of the Moon.
Feed the Opuntia fruit to the tortoise and it will move. Use the shovel and you will unearth the Elephant artifact. You can swap it at Nabooti for the missing "fingo". Returning the fingo to the Kaya spirits will earn you the Green Jewel.
