It depends on your operating system. In Windows XP...
START > SETTINGS > CONTROL PANEL
Click on the User Accounts icon. You will find the settings you need to change there.
Delete all passwords or log on as "whatever" (Adminstrator, User etc.) automatically.
Download Tweak UI from Microsoft website. There are options on this to disable.
