A Kimber 1911 is a semi-automatic pistol for hunters and shooters. This pistol is accurate and dependable. Its less-lethal self-defense product also very light.
Personally, I don't think so, and I tend to be turned off from Kimber by their use of metal injection molding (i.e., cast) parts in their internals.
Without a dought the Kimber Gold Combat or the standard Wilson Combat 1911
No Check out the holster to see if its an open front design. Some will fit. There are minimalist style holsters out there that fit any size 1911 Galco, Bianchi..

The question cannot be answered as asked. However, a generic answer is, most modern guns don't have external manually operated safeties. A few, such as Glocks, have a passive safety on the trigger. 1911 and 1911 pattern pistols have a safety near where your thumb rests. A few other guns have safeties also near where your thumb rests.
The Thumb Print - 1911 was released on: USA: 1 September 1911
Dan Wesson only has a conversion kit for the 75' Kadet, not for the Razorback 10MM 1911. Does Kimber have a conversion kit in a .22LR for my Dan Wesson 1911, 10MM ?
IMO the Pro Carry
