Disconect the electrical connecter on the seatbelt buckle under the seat. Don't disconnect the passenger seat one though as The passenger airbag (if fitted) won't deploy in an accident.
The drivers airbag will always deploy.
Disconnect electrical connector under driver seat that connects to seat belt device.

There are two wires under the seat responsible for the seat belt alarm. You can play with them to disable. If during the state inspection they will find out that you disconnect it again they will make you to connect it again you will not pass the inspection.
look for the wire on the seat belt and follow it until you find where it plugs in under the seat and disconnect it.

You put the buckle in the clasp. Where your seat belt you paid for it and it will save your life. or u can do this: under the seat their is a cable connected it ends are purple on it disconnect them that should do it as i have jetta a vw jetta
