Yes.
of course
Perhaps in a Muslim state. I believe you are referring to 'talaq'. It is my understanding (please note that I am not a scholar of Islam), that a man of the Muslim faith can divorce his wife by stating "I divorce you" and upon the third and separate instance, the divorce is final. The interpretations of the laws seems to vary, but some accept the proclamation in writing and others do not.
It is forbidden for a Muslim man to divorce his wife during her menses. If he does it, the divorce, is valid, but he has committed a serious sin.
When a christian woman marries a Muslim man, she has to become Muslim.
Divorse is the most disliked thing among halal things by Almighty Allah. However, Allah Almighty has permitted Muslim men to divorce or Muslim women to get divorce if they find themselves utterly hating each other. A Muslim man who divorces his wife is not permitted to do injustice to his wife. He is also not permitted to take anything back from her be it a heap of gold or wealth that he had given her. Breaking up of a family is not liked by Almighty Allah.
After first and second divorce YES but after 3rd divorce NO sura baqrah ayah 229 and 230
A Muslim wife can not reject her husband like this. He has rights over her in Islam, just like she has rights over him in Islam. If she no longer wishes to be married, then she must seek a divorce through her imam. But she must have reasons for the divorce.
For Men They can simply say three times to their wife that "I divorce you". When it is said three times the divorce becomed effective. For Women If their marriage agreement gives them the right of divorce, they can use the same procedure as outlined for men above. If not, then they can apply for Khula (Divorce) at a court of law.
Assuming that you have a legal heterosexual marriage in the UK (that has government certification), that marriage will be recognized in Algeria. As a result, in order to marry an Algerian, you will need to get a divorce. If you have a same-sex marriage in the UK, you will not need to get a divorce in the UK to marry the Muslim in Algeria, but that marriage will not be recognized in the UK (because you would now be married to two people contemporaneously). If you are not married in the UK, then, obviously, you will not need a divorce to get married.
I THINK. both are the same thing. but if they r different, they can't.
