How do you do Ricardo's Remedy quest on HorseIsle?

First talk to Ricardo in Hotton on Desert Isle. He will tell you to go talk to the Hotton Vet about his horse's ailment. She will suggest that you go and talk with the Vet in Tropicton on Jungle Isle. The Tropicton Vet will tell you that she will just bill Ricardo herself, rather than you paying her for the medication, and then gives you the medication to bring back to Ricardo. Return to Ricardo with the medication and you will have completed the quest!
