Your 1990 would have throttle body injection, not a carburetor.
The maximum tire size for the 2010 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited with the 3 inch lift kit is about 33 inches in height. Tires that are taller than this are not recommended for the Jeep Wrangler.

all depends if you do it your self or not if you do it the kit will run you about $250.00 that is the release bearing, clutch and pressure plate

Look into a running board extension kit that will increase the drop of the running boards. Bestop makes one, it is the Extension Arm Kit, # B7513015.
You can get a set of coil spring blocks that will give you a decent amount of clearance for larger tires.
