You would have to take all your tires off and put the car on car jacks. You will have to take the old tires with you to have the new tires you purchase put on the old rims. There is going to probably be a cost involved in taking the old tires off and putting the new ones on. You cannot change the tires to your old rims yourself without a special piece of equipment.
