Any "motion" is a request to a court to take some action. Motions to compel occur in the "discovery" phase of a civil case when the parties are allowed to learn about each others positions. Discovery, in general, is intended to facilitate a trial on the facts, rather than by ambush.
Discovery in a civil or criminal case is governed by rules of procedure. Among the parameters of the rules is the amount of time within which the non-propounding party has to respond to the discovery request(s) of the propounding party. The discovery can be in the form of interrogatories (written questions), or a request for production of documents. While there are other forms of discovery, these two best illustrate the function of a motion to compel.
In short, if the discovery is not provided within the requisite amount of time, or objections to the discovery not timely served within that time, the proponent of the discovery may file a motion to compel. This is a request to the court to require the recipient of the discovery to furnish it to the proponent. An order compelling the discovery generally results from the motion, which gives the party to whom the discovery was sent some additional, usually shorter, amount of time to comply. If there is no compliance with the order, further sanctions can ensue if requested.

A vampire can compell a human to do something or forget something.
It isn't illegal for them to ask, but you need not surrender them, nor can the employer compell you to. Your medical records are yours and no one else has a right to them under federal HIPPA laws.
Having visitation rights does not compell you to visit, it only means that you have the right to do so if you so desire. So there is no particular advantage to losing visitation rights. If you don't want to visit, don't visit.
Motion is already involves in motion because the motion is motion

At the time of judgment, the prevailing party should have requested that the judgment/order include a court order to fill out form 1.977 (fact information sheet about losing party's financials)..but since the judgment is already ordered, you now have to request the court to order the losing party to fill out the form, (usually can do this in the form of a motion/petition)...or you can move to compell discovery in regards to the loser's financials... and then after this discovery is completed, you can move to for a 1) writ of garnishment, 2) or order execution (compelled payment)...please consult Fla. Civ Pro Rules 1.550, 1.560, and 1.570 ..... Or u can simply ask for the money! haha
The four types of motion are linear motion (motion in a straight line), rotational motion (motion around an axis), oscillatory motion (repeated back-and-forth movement), and translational motion (motion from one point to another without rotation).
The types of translational motion include rectilinear motion (motion along a straight line), curvilinear motion (motion along a curved path), and general plane motion (combination of translation and rotation).
Types of motion include linear motion (movement in a straight line), circular motion (movement in a circular path), rotational motion (spinning or rotating around a central point), and oscillatory motion (repetitive back-and-forth motion).
The motion in which translator motion and rotatory motion takes place simultaneously is called simultaneous motion
