That can't be done on Windows Live Movie Maker. Add the Muzzle flash to the video prior to importing it into Windows Live.

If you have a USB cord then connect it into your (thingie) Where you put your flash drives. Then go to Windows Movie Maker and hit Import Videos which is in the tasks bar. And your videos should be in your file where the videos were transfered
