OK first u put your front foot slightly behind the front bolts. Let your heels hang off just a little. Then place your back foot perfectly in line with the tail, then push your back foot down as u let your front foot up and do it fast and hard, then when it pops up slide your front foot froward across the grip tape so it will level out the board and u did an Ollie.
