There are different ways to do a one man Cheerleading stunt.
the most common would be a toss to hands, where the base(usually male) tosses the flyer(usually female) up and catches her on his hands, and goes into an extension.
there are more ways, but i do not know the names for them.

∙ 10y agoThe base to your left puts their hands right over left. The flyer hops in by crossing her right leg to her left base and her left leg to her left base. And then, you go up like a normal prep except the flyer spins while the base unwinds her hands. The flyer must stay straight up and down while the twisting is occurring. If she leans forward then she will fall flat on her face.
The above description is how to do a half up to extension... To do a full up the main base takes their right hand and grips the flyers right foot by reaching under the foot with their fingers to towards their stomach and their left hand gripping the heel of the foot. The flyer will bounce into the other bases hands normal grip. Both bases will lift and at about shoulder level the back spot and side base will release and "flick" the flyer helping to initiate the spin. The main base will release the left hand and pull their right elbow in to their ribs quickly , turning their hand out ward creating the main part of the spin. Flyers should stay tight with feet together. Side bases should reach for the foot towards the back before it comes to them. Back spots should re -grip the flyer as they come around to stabilize .
Basket toss full, or a one man
A thigh stand
The cheerleading stunt for which one person is held at the waiste is called the prep.
The person who is in the air, on top of the pyramid, at the top of the stunt, the one people are holding up.
you could probably build one out of thick wood and nails, but that isn't as safe as buying a stunt stepper, stunt stand, or fly tee.
Back hand spring?
You and your friends should use an actual cheerleading mix, but if you can't get ahold of one, you can always try fast songs
A flyer is the person being lifted/thrown into the air when in process of do in a stunt she/he is one out of 5 girls and one of the most important ----
To get a job in cheerleading, you can try out for the cheerleading team of a professional football team (such as the Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders), stunt double for characters in cheerleading movies (have you ever seen Bring It On?), or coach/assistant coach a cheerleading team near you.
i think it is if you want more info message me!!
If you want to be/look more advanced, you can do a one man stunt, involving 2 people, or you can do other stunts that have 4 people. A flyer, 2 bases, and a backspot. By taking a front spot away, it is harder but adds difficulty points and gives you extra people to add for another stunt, or tumbling, etc.
about 1 to 2 weeks :)
