Hold down the right "Alt" key and press "W".
if you press down shift on your keyboard and at the same time press down the question mark key this should work !!OR You can just press the question mark then there will be a big question mark
Typing a question mark on a normal keyboard is achieved by holding down the shift button and pressing down the question mark button marked '?' simultaneously.
Make sure the keyboard is set to your country and language. A keyboard in the UK, if set to the USA, will print a @ when the " key is pressed.
Set NumLock on, then type ALT and 168 to get ¿

Doing some checking, all I find is the Canadian French keyboard. In that layout, the question mark is produced by Shift-6. On a standard QWERTY keyboard, Shift-6 would produce the caret (^) symbol but not so in the case of the aforementioned alternate layout.I hope this helps.

There are many different ways for the question mark to come up but if you are using a standard US or UK keyboard it should be right next to the button "shift" to the left side. You press shift+the button where the question mark is and voila.
'Donde' means 'where'.If you use it to start a question, it has an accent on the first 'o' and an up-side-down question mark: ¿Dónde? (Where?)If it is not used in a question, it doesn't have an accent (or a question mark).
The apostrophe key is above the question mark key on the keyboard. Tap it without touching the shift key.
